  • Understand best practices for helping employees build resilience
"In over 45 years of developing and managing teams in medium and large retail, technical and healthcare service organizations, the Stress, Trauma, and Resilience training is the most effective and relevant training I have experienced. The empathetic people development principles and tools are relevant to every organization. The utility is particularly applicable to the high stress levels present for everyone."

Why BEST?
BEST is a nonprofit organization that has gained national recognition for coordinating efforts to help human trafficking survivors successfully transition to traditional work environments. The incredible resilience of the survivors we've partnered with gives us a unique perspective on how people overcome stress and adversity. Under the leadership of Linda Wagener, PhD, a trauma and resilience researcher and practitioner, BEST created this training to assist people managers to more effectively manage individuals who have experienced chronic stress or complex trauma.
