Our Programs

train employees to assist potential victims of human trafficking

Employees of public and private organizations are often the first line of defense for victims. Yet often employees unknowingly overlook exploitation or lack tools to respond. BEST programs spark long-term social change through Awareness, Consulting, Training, and providing Safe Jobs.

Proving Our Impact

Our training sparks social change.

Survivors' perspectives are centered in all our programs via the guidance of our Survivor Advisory Council and others with lived experience.

BEST helps survivors gain and sustain employment by equipping employers to build trauma-informed workplaces.

BEST’s training recipients consistently report significant increases in their knowledge about labor trafficking and sex trafficking, more empathy for human trafficking victims, and readiness and intent to counter human trafficking.
